How do I begin Service?

If you are a new customer, or it has been more than a few months since you have conducted business with us, please begin by reviewing the Terms and Conditions page of our website. Once you have done that, You can click here to register or simply call us during business hours and we will be happy to answer any questions and assist in your account setup.

What are your operating hours?

Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Employees are available for customer service and service request during these hours. On occasion we do get very busy and have difficulty answering all the phone calls. Simply leave a message and someone will call you back before the close of business.

How long does it take to complete my order?

In most cases, if your order is received by 5:00 p.m. and is located in Seminole or Orange county, the order will be completed the following day. Orders for work done outside Seminole or Orange county, or in areas which are serviced every other day can take two business days, depending on the area requested.

What kind of Riders (smaller additional signs) do you provide?

We have over 250 titles of “stock” riders to choose from. In most cases, we will have your requested rider in a variety of colors and will make every effort to match the rider to your sign’s color scheme. If we do not have a specific rider in stock, we will notify you by phone or email and make arrangements to accommodate future request. We invite you to contact our office with your rider suggestions.

What if my listing is a LOT or just land?

Not a problem. We place many posts for empty spaces of land. All we ask it that you mark or flag exactly where you would like the post to be placed. Sentry Sign Installers cannot be liable for moving the sign to another area of the property if you have not designated clearly where you would like the post installed. If your office does numerous vacant land listings, we can provide flag markers for your agents’ use.

What do I do if the post that was installed is missing from my listing? 

Our installers will only remove a post from a listing if we are given an order to do so form either the agent or the agent’s office, or if we find that someone other than our employee/contractor has relocated the post.

Our installers are the only ones authorized to install and remove our posts. For insurance purposes, we must insist that you respect and adhere to this policy. If you find that a post is missing, please contact us immediately. Please talk to the seller or buyer to see if perhaps they have removed the post without your knowledge. We do not like to charge missing/damaged post fee’s and will work with you to resolve the problem, but you must be aggressive in locating the missing post.

We will replace the post and its contents at your request, provided that there are no city or neighbor objections, however, the lost post and riders will be charged to your account unless we can recover the items in the condition in which they were installed.

What if the sign post is vandalized or broken by accident? 

We will replace the post at your request, provided that the circumstances of the situation are not likely to happen again. Please talk to the seller to see if there is an underlying problem before ordering up an additional post. We will make every effort to salvage a post and reduce any liability for the damage.

What if I need to make an appointment with the installer?

Appointments are available at your request for an additional charge of $18.00. Please understand that our installers commonly visit twenty or more properties per day and your request for a specific meeting time may cause interruptions to the daily work flow. While we are happy to accommodate your request, we will need to bill you for a service call in the event that you wish to be present during the installation.

What is the HOA?

Whether they are called the HOA or the Association of Home Owners, these groups govern many communities and complexes and have specific rules about Realtor signage. Please check with these groups before ordering as you will still be liable for the installation and removal of the sign if the HOA requires it’s removal.
